The Seaview Hotel’s restaurant is one of a handful of venues on the Island to have been awarded 2 AA Rosettes and an AA three-star silver award for the hotel/rooms.
2 rosettes are awarded to restaurants that show excellence in cooking styles, consistency and quality of ingredients.
On a recent inspection, the AA Inspector said:
“Dinner was very much enjoyed, delivering a level of quality, technical skill and execution soundly in line with 2 AA Rosettes.”
